Now we need to tell you about our warranty. We think we are pretty bodacious at making our products, but if for some strange reason the product you just purchased (the “product”) is defective, we will be happy to replace your product, provided, of course, it is in accordance with our warranty. For more details or if you are losing precious sleep (and we don’t want that!), you can read our complete limited warranty below.
Thank you for purchasing Bodacious Cases products! We aim to make you a happy camper and we will gladly replace any defective Bodacious Cases product in accordance with these terms.
Bodacious Cases warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase, provided that the product is used under normal circumstances. This limited warranty applies to the normal use of the product, normal wear and tear excepted, and does not include any scratching or damage to any non Bodacious Case product that is used in connection with our product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse, misuse, over-stretching of the band, or unauthorized modification to the product.
The case bands that accompany the product are solely used to go over your case to offer various color options and are not toys. The bands should not be stretched or pulled, except as to place over the case. Please keep all products out of the reach of children.
THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS GIVEN AND ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES. THESE ARE THE ONLY REMEDIES FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER CLAIM. BODACIOUS CASES’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SUPPLYING OF PRODUCTS OR THE USE OF PRODUCTS SHALL NOT IN ANY CASE EXCEED THE COST OF THE GOODS SOLD FOR WHICH ANY CLAIM IS MADE, AND IN NO CASE SHALL BODACIOUS CASES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BODILY INJURY, COSTS OF REPLACING PERSONAL PROPERTY, OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OR RECOVERING DATA STORED IN A DEVICE USED OR CARRIED IN THE PRODUCT.
Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to everyone. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary by state or country. To the extent that liability under such laws may be limited, Bodacious Case’s liability is limited, at our sole option, to replacement or repair of the product.
Bodacious Cases reserves the right to change its warranty policy without notice.
Obtaining Warranty Service
Provided that your claim is made within the 90 day limited warranty period and is not excluded under the limited warranty, we will be happy to replace the product.
If you wish to make a claim under this Limited Warranty, please send the following information to [email protected]:
- Name on the order or the order number
- Provide us with a copy of your purchase receipt with the purchase date visible
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo that clearly illustrates the issue
- The color of the product
For approved warranty claims we will send you a prepaid return shipment label via email so that you can return the product to us for replacement. Please remember when returning the product to include all original packaging, parts, and original receipt, otherwise we will not be able to process the claim. We will cover the costs of shipping the replacement product to you.
